Ghana�s coach Milovan Rajevac tweaked his starting line-up as the Black Stars play Burkina Faso in a matter of hours in a must-win African Cup of Nations Group B clash in Luanda.
Several changes have been made towards the tough tackling Stallions in the game the Black Stars must win to avoid a first round exit.
The Serbian has brought on Bayern Leverkusen defender Hans Adu-Sarpei to man the left-back role.
Striker Asamoah Gyan has also been given a starting role against the Stallions. Russian-based winger Haminu Dramani replaces Opoku Agyeman in the right-flank role.
