The Glo Premier League trophy was handed back to the Ghana Football Association by current title-holders Aduana Stars at the sport body's headquarters ahead of the close season declaration on June 5.
FA Vice President, Fred Pappoe received the trophy from the 2009-10 winners and handed over to their representative, Kofi Manu, a replica of the trophy.
The replica, which is for keeps can be displayed by Aduana for the feat chalked last season.
Aduana, on their debut campaign in the premiership won the league on the final day via the head-to-head rule over AshantiGold.
Gabriel Opoku-Ware lifted the trophy as Aduana's captain on that occasion, a week after the final day matches in a special match with Berekum Arsenals.
