Ghana defender Harrison Afful won his third consecutive Tunisian League title with runaway champions Esperance on Wednesday.
The Blood and Gold recorded a 3-2 derby victory over Club Africain in the penultimate fixture to preserve their five-point lead.
Afful played for 59 minutes as a right-winger before being replaced by Karim Aouadhi and was instrumental in the creation of the first goal on 12 minutes.
Africain levelled through Achraf Zitouni before Iheb Msakni doubled the lead and Yannick Ndeng made it 3-1.
Seifeddine Jaziri pulled one back in stoppage time.
Esperances final league match will be against Stade Tunisien.
Afful, who joined Esperance in 2009 from Asante Kotoko, scored the only goal which won them the 2011 CAF Champions League.
His compatriot Emmanuel Clottey, who joined the club two weeks ago, will also earn a medal in his first season.
