Stephen Abugri has become the second coaching casualty after he was sacked by King Faisal on Monday evening, GHANAsoccernet.com can exclusively reveal.
Management arrived at the decision to part ways with the tough-talking coach following their 1-0 home defeat to Ebusua Dwarfs.
Abugri guided the Kumasi-based side back to the elite division after just a season in the lower division.
But officials have asked him to step aside after he exhibited gross insubordination towards top officials of the club.
I can confirm to you that coach Stephen Abugri has been asked to step aside from the club, PRO Akomeah Boateng Sakyi said
We believed he has shown some amount of insubordination and management therefore decided to let him stay away from the club.
The assistant coach Mallam Yahaya will take temporal charge of the club.
Faisal have picked seven points from six games.
