Leicester City will submit a new bid for Ghana defender Daniel Amartey in the January transfer window. Ghanasportsonline.com can reveal.
The foxes could not secure the signature of the Ghanaian international during the summer transfer window following the 21-year-olds failure to meet the English FAs requirement to land 70 percent of national team appearance which would permit him to feature in the English Premier League.
Ghanasportsonline.com sources close to the player have revealed that the English Club are still keen on acquiring the services of the highly-rated Ghanaian defender and are planning to submit a new bid to lure him from Copenhagen.
Amartey was regarded as one of the most consistent Ghanaian players abroad after helping FC Copenahagen to earn a Europe League spot having finished second in the Danish top-flight.
