Black Stars midfielder Emmanuel Agyemang Badu has said that nothing will stop the team from clawing all points when Ghana hosts Mozambique this Thursday in Accra.
The Udinese man arrived in the country from his Italy base yesterday confident of a win in the double assignment.
He said in an exclusive interview that “It has been proven over the years that you defy your opponent at your peril, we are very much aware of this fact.”
“We do talk among ourselves, I mean the playing body, and if the signal I am getting is anything to go by then I can say without doubt that, we are psychologically ready.”
“We are fired up for the two matches, we pray for a good day. We will transfer the same mentality to the return game; in fact that is where our concentration is.”
“You can tell ahead of a game if you will win, there is some kind of feeling, I think that is what we are experiencing at the moment.”
“Easter is just around the corner, we will win to serve as our Easter present to our fans and Ghana as a whole.”
Meanwhile, it has emerged from the Ghana Football Association secretariat that the stars will have two days of preparatory exercises ahead of the AFCON qualifier.
