Medeama SC President Moses Armah parker is reported to have sold his house to fund for the team’s trip to Congo ahead of their CAF Confederations Cup clash against TP Mazembe.
The Ghanaian FA Cup and Super Cup Champions are expected to depart to the Central African country tonight for their first game in the Group stages.
Medeama had earlier released a press statement about their intension to withdraw from the competition due to the financial constraints.
Moses Armah Parker in his attempt to raise funds for the trip has reportedly sold his lavish apartment in Takoradi to enable the Club honor the game against the Congolese Champions.
The Mauves are still waiting for CAF to release money for their remaining matches in the competition.
The Club will make three trips in the Group stage of the competition.
