Ghana Football Association vice president George Afriyie says winning the 2017 Africa Cup of Nations in Gabon is non-negotiable for the Black Stars.
Afriyie says the federation has tasked head coach Avram Grant and his charges to win a fifth continental silverware.
Last year, the Black Stars lost on penalty shootouts against Ivory Coast to miss out on the Nations Cup trophy in Equatorial Guinea.
Afriyie, who is also chairman of the Black Stars management committee, wants the team to go one better.
"He should go and bring the cup, do well was two years ago but for 2017 is go and bring the cup or go and win the cup, we have passed the times of do well," he told Kumasi-based Angel FM.
Ghana last won the Africa Cup of Nations in 1982 when Libya hosted the tournament.
