The Ghana Football Association has postponed all football matches until further notice.
In effect, the MTN FA Cup Round of 32 matches and the Sanford Women’s FA Cup Round of 16 games will not come off as scheduled.
In the MTN FA Cup, 13 Premiership clubs, 11 Division One teams and eight Division Two sides were billed to slug it out for slots in the MTN FA Cup Round of 32 fixtures on Saturday and Sunday at the various centres nationwide.
However, the games will not be honoured following the GFA directive which also affects the Sanford Women’s FA Cup Round of 16 games.
Clubs who have already made trips to honour their games will now have to travel back to their bases.
The clubs face an uncertain future, as the GFA directive did not include a date for the resumption of football matches.

Anas is doing more harm than good. the guy has a motive. he is gay and being sponsored by the gay community to destroy the game we love most all bcos we said no to their stup1@s act. where do u think he gets the money from to be bribing ple and recording them. guys we need to be careful bcos the forces around as are stronger than we can imagine. they will do everything to get ple to support their cause through this cr1m1nal guys method. just imagine all these ple caught on camera who might end up becoming jobless and frustrated as well. they will easily accept any offer from the gays to support their cause. that is where we are heading guys. i dont support evil but we shd manage these things within. why must we put this out to the international community? the guy is just doing this to get international jobs at the expense of his own country's image. if u love tthis country then we must condem this n0ns3ns3 by anas
Especially when the episode appears on BBC worldwide.
Ghana arise and shine. Ghana wake up and open your eyes for we are in the 21 Century. Our nation's image has been damaged outside via Anas 'voodoo' entrapment.[Ask Ghanaians in diaspora] fighting corruption is a step in the right direction but this 419 entrapment reveals that black man is his own enemy. It is causing more harm than good and therefore needs to be addressed. How come the Tiger Eye/BBC [Colonial Masters} will not encourage Anas to entrap England FA? or the British Prime Minister?. The colonial masters are trying very hard to use their front man Ans to destroy his own black people's progress.{Presumably, the devil has seen Ghana star rising, therefore using this Anas under cover to destroy lives and institutions built for ages. who knows?} His methods are weird such as set up or frame up, lure, woo, tricks voodoo entrapment, doctored video to implicate his victims by force. Ghana put on your thinking cup: Ghana soccer has proved to the World that one day if everything been equal Ghana will win the World cup. As a result the colonial masters are trying so hard to bring Ghana soccer down to it's knees.. who knows? Anas investigation must be restricted to Ghana alone to avoid disgrace to the outside World. Fairness to fairness the equation does not balance. Just as Anas is blackmailing his victims Ghanaians also deserve to know his assets including his source of income and his money laundering. Finally, he must not sue anybody because non of his victims has sued him for destroying their lives or else Ghanaians will sue him [Anas} for disgracing ours around the World through BBC and Ajazeera
