Ghana coach Charles Akonnor has revealed Besiktas forward Kevin-Prince Boateng has cut ties with the national team.
The 32-year-old has not played for the West Africans since he was famously sacked from the Ghana camp during the wrecked 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil.
The former Sassuolo, Fiorentina and AC Milan forward appears done and dusted with the four-time African champions.
Ghana coach Charles Akonnor has revealed Boateng has no plans of featuring for the side.
"For Prince Boateng we spoke, I don’t think he wants to play for the Black Stars again,” he said in a response to a question asked when he addressed the local media on Tuesday.
