The first photo of legendary striker Asamoah Gyan training with Ghana Premier League club Legon Cities has been surfaced online.
The picture was shared on Twitter by former Black Stars goalkeeper Fatau Dauda, who is also contracted to Legon Cities.
Gyan took part in his first training session on Monday, two days after the transfer was completed.
The 34-year-old, who last played competitive football in December 2019, looked sharp, wowed his teammates and left everyone with a smile on their faces.
Gyan was available on a free transfer after leaving Indian Super League side NorthEast United.
He had previously been linked with his boyhood club Asante Kotoko where he had insisted on ending his career.
But the Porcupine Warriors could not meet his financial demands.
It is reported that the Ghana striker will pocket US$ 1 million over the next four years with his annual returns standing at U$ 250,000.
