Ghana winger Christian Atsu won the Man-of-the-Match accolade after helping Everton to force out a 2-2 draw with fellow countryman Jeff Schlupp’s Leicester City in the English Premier League on Sunday.
The Most Valuable Player of the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations sent in a well floated cross that led to Matthew Upson nodding in an own goal past Mark Schwarzer in the 88th minute after an assist from Romelu Lukaku.
Atsu lasted only 35 minutes on the pitch after he was brought in as a substitute by manager Roberto Martinez to replace Muhamed Besic in the 55th minute.
The Black Stars midfielder has now made 4 league appearances for Everton, coming off the bench on 3 occasions.
